• to improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs), and
• to facilitate the process of reviewing, rating and commenting on photos generated during a photography session with our studio.
• Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering products or services you have requested.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information stored on our web server. All information stored in our database may only be accessed by those authorized to do so, and all employees and agents are required to keep this information confidential. Further, we protect your online photographs by causing your online proofing page to expire automatically after three months from the session date, unless you ask us to do otherwise.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site transfers to your computer through your web browser (if enabled), and allow us to recognize you and remember certain information about your viewing preferences.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate in order to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights, property and safety of ourselves or others. Our site does use non-personally identifiable visitor information to track aggregate usage patterns and other statistics.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), as we take measures to safe-guard personally-identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age. Although photo sessions often include children, we require an adult or legal guardian to approve such services, to register and maintain the online account necessary to review and approve the proofs produced during these sessions, and to be present during all photo sessions and activities that involve children under the age of 13.
